At FNT Workwear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer free returns within 15 days for eligible products, including workwear trousers, leggings and other items from our collection. Please review the conditions and instructions below before returning an item.

Return Condition Requirements

We can only accept returned items that are in a resellable condition. Before sending your return, please ensure that:

  • The item has not been worn.
  • All original tags remain attached.
  • The item has no creases, dirt, scratches or marks.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

Important: Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be processed. No exchange, store credit or refund will be issued.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Include your invoice Place a copy of the original invoice inside your return package.
  2. Tell us your preferred resolution State whether you would like a replacement, a different size or colour, or a refund.
  3. Provide your contact details Include your contact information so our team can reach you if any additional details are required.
  4. Send your return Package the item securely and send it to the return address shown above.

Exchange and Refund Conditions

  • Non-bespoke products may be exchanged when the ordered size or colour is unsuitable.
  • FNT Workwear reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange when the item does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
  • A £3.50 carriage charge applies to returns made after the initial 15-day free return period.
